IKEA Trådfri color temperature problem

I have purchased a couple of IKEA trådfri lamps on which you can adjust light intensity and color temperature. There are 8 LEDs in the bulbs. Four are 4000K "cool white" and four are 2200K "warm white".

There are supposed to be three settings of color temperature that you can choose from and these are 4000K where only the 4 cool LEDs are on, 2200K where only the warm LEDs are on and 2700K when all 8 are on and the colors mix.

Now to my problem. The lamps included easily in the zipatile and in the web interface i get a slider for light intensity and one for color temperature.

When i drag the slider all the way to the right to cool white the four 4000K LEDs are on and the others are off.

When i put the slider in the middle of the bar all 8 LEDs are turned on.

When i drag it all the way to the left to the warm white side all 8 LEDs are still on. I checked the temperature by comparing it to my phone where i put the display on the different colors and it is clear its on 2700K and not 2200.

Does anyone else have this same problem and is there any way to fix it?

Thanks
