Scheduler changes require full sync, not just rule sync

Under Consideration

I think I may have discovered one reason why scheduler give us so many headaches. It's often been observed on these forums that schedulers should not be "reused", that you should always use a fresh one if you're going to change the time.

I did a test to check this out. I created a scheduler with a particular time, checked that the scheduler was working (new schedulers always seem to take some time to "kick in", no matter what you do), and then changed the time and synchronised my rules. Result: the change was ignored - the old time still applied, even after waiting many days and synchronising rules many times.

However, after I did a full sync, the change was adopted straight away. I repeated the test and got the same outcome. So, if you change a scheduler, do a full synch and it should work.

(I'm not sure if this is "by design", but I've never seen it mentioned by anybody).

Maybe I should have put this under "problem"...?
