zipabox-neo coolcam door sensor - problem to create new zone-alarm

good afternoon, I bought a door sensor neo coolcam and after adding it to the z-wave network (zipabox controller), the sensor does not trigger the alarm after opening the door, simply informs of the event. When trying to generate an area with this sensor, it stays in red. Does anyone know if it is possible to use this sensor in the partition for the alarm? Greetings and many thanks in advance.
