Under Consideration

I have now finally installed google services to get the apps that required it as dependency to install and function correctly. No need for a USB cable, as it was done from within apps. now my apps update correclty and i can finally implement voice commands into google now and tasker.

once your zipatile has been rooted with kingroot. download Flashfire and install it from the dropbox link i provided.

secondly, go to open http://opengapps.org/ and make sure to select (ARM) as your platform, not ARM64. anything other than ARM will cause it to fail. select Android (5.0) and then whatever variant of google apk package you want. i selected micro, becuase it was the most minimum sized package available with ok google.

once the flashfire apk is completely installed on your zipatile, and you've put the Gapps package you want to add to your zipatile on either your SD card or internal storage. "i kept Gapps on the sd card because it was easier to find when flashing the package through Flashfire." open flashfire, hit the rid circle with the white plus symbol in it. it will open a menu of options available. select the flash option and it will ask you to select a zip file. once you select the Gapps zip you added, a new popup that will included two available options with two boxes you can check where to install them. make sure to check both boxes.

once that closes, hit the flash button and let the magic happen.

it will restart the zipatile and youll see a bunch of files flashing down the screen. DONT TOUCH ANY BUTTONS OR LET THE ZIPATILE DIE. once your done installing Gapps, let the zipatile load, it takes a few minutes for it to be used again.

from now on, being that these are installed in the system files, you wont be able to do get normal updates from zipato, yous have to from now on, youll have to let the OTA system update fail and then follow the same steps through flashfire to install OTA's. you can google "how to flash system OTA's with Flashfire"

pascal, heres a new dropbox link.

go to http://opengapps.org/ to download the google apps. make sure you select, arm, as the processor and 5.0 as the OS model. i have "nano" Gapps, as i dont need all the fluff and the extra programs eat up the limited virtual memory and slow down the zipatile. and the size of the package is perfect, as it gives you just the basics

Try Cycling the power on and off on the zipatile. Kingoroot is the only root method for the zipatile. Me and a few other users have used this exact same method to root the zipatile.
