Virtual HTTP Sensor with dimmer properties

Need Answer

I plan to switch on a siren with dimmer 10 % for example, Fortrezz siren would start only flashing and no sound, but i do not find how to do. If i create a virtual dimmer no way to link as virtual sensor with dimming properties. Is there any way? or it is not supported?
