Under Consideration

The old zipabox WAS broken I bought a new zipabox after contacting the support who assured me that all the licenses I had in possession would be kept on the new zipabox, after a few months this did not happen and all the licenses I had for the my thermostats have been blocked. I have asked several times to fix the problem and to reactivate the thermostat control. If they had been clear I would have bought another home automation system. However, I have been led to purchase this system and no one is supporting me anymore

i have 2 fibaro controller. butttt if i ask support for my zipato before buy need have right reply not only and i proimise
