PLC

Under Consideration

what about use the same tecnology as the PLC in the industry? forget the When and only use IF and live information about the scan cycle time instead.

In my head working with Automation 8h a day, this is a bit wrong when the <<When>> bloc is there.

PLC is easyer to learn, this is a bit more confusing..

standard Ladder with <<key switch 1>> or <<key switch 2>>, Action <<Door Motor>> ON

------[ ]--------------[ ]----------------( )

Key Switch 1 Key Switch 2 Door Motor

Join, Stop, Refresh is also blocs i dont want in a program.. i dont think people should not think pc programming. Like Join for return etc.. IF, IF else, and, or, should be there, like PLC.

and also a idea that u can put rules in a block in a another rule. So du dont have 150 rules..

electricians/automation guys shold love this after this;) and normal people should not confuse about When/if, join/stop/refresh all.

also a program is to much color/margins so i must zoom out the web-browser to reach everything, i cannot scroll in my Chrome Browser, the save button is going away.

at work we do it like this:

https://www.google.no/search?q=plc+block&safe=off&espv=2&biw=1920&bih=1115&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=NUmCVMqsCcPXygPWlIKADw&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ#safe=off&tbm=isch&q=plc+block&facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=wZdT-XNOMLPQkM%253A%3B6n9CqqJAKw4gmM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Finfosys.beckhoff.com%252Fcontent%252F1033%252Ftcquickstart%252Fimages%252FIEC2.gif%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Finfosys.beckhoff.com%252Fcontent%252F1033%252Ftcquickstart%252Fhtml%252Ftcquickstart_iec.htm%3B407%3B121

maybe a output to a light/motor to the right side.. :)

if zipato do this, they would also be interresting for automation/electrician engineers and maybe bigger companies
