Is it possible to define a rule to send a message when the temperature is over 22°C?

I did a
WHEN my Switch is ON
IF TEMPERATURE >= ??
THEN SEND HTTP REQUEST
I know how to do an http request but I do not know how to set a value : "??"
Should I need to as something else?
