Hello , can someone help me with the following rule?
The intention is that the alarm does not sound after the door is opened when the keypad is operated within the specified time.
I have the keypad working and able to turn on and off with the alarm.
In the current situation the alarm always goes off after the specified time .

For this function you do not need to create rule. This feature is implemented in Alarm partition, search for "Entry delay" under alarm partition settings and set it to desired time length, after that you only need to set desired security zone to be "This zone is the entry zone"

Hi Weslop. As Antonio mentions, this functionality exists in the alarm device. Create a new virtual device (alarm) and use the Zipabox built-in functionality (entry delay).

I have followed all the steps.
old alarm deleted, new created in virtual divices . all settings set so as directed. But without any success.
What am I missing here ????

Make sure you have the quick arm option on.

Make sure your alarm is working in general. Have you set siren, alarm notifications? If you still continue to have issues you can open a support ticket.
