how do i switch to the the white theme ive seen in a few images of the zipatile?

ive seen in a few images online, that the white zipatile also has a white theme. how do i switch to this? i attached a picture to show what im talking about.

You can do that by going to Settings - Accessibility - Color Inversion.

except that also inverts any camera feeds you have - so its not really a solution
