Hello, i m getting same problem.
It is quiet difficult to intialize zipabox for an integrator because every think is based on emails... & i do not have access to my client's email box :(.
any way.
how can i send you erial number and username/pass to support@zipato.com because your reply is : "Your ticket has not been accepted into the system. This is the support desk for the active Zipato users only.
If you are a registered Zipato user, please, send the email from the email address which you have registered with my.zipato.com". I can not send email from my cient email :(....
