Alarm status not updating

Since latest Zipato cloud outage (Sunday 11/11) the alarm status is no longer updating.


The events show that my partition is armed, and it is, but the status in webbapp and Android app still says disarmed. Anyone else having this problem?

I experience this at home and on numerous installations. Zipato is aware of this and once they fix the server issue. It should be back to normal.

Same problem for me but I'm also having issues with zones. The app doesn't show them and I'm not able to use "bypass".

My alarm status is shown as ARMED AWAY but is DISARMED, and it is not possible to get the system correctly armed...

Nice to ear that Zipato is aware of it, but when this will be fixed?

This is a major issue and is lasting from more than a week.

Is this IOS too? I notice it is only the main image that is incorrect, the actual button (highlighted) , or in the old app the label next to alarm is correct.

A shame Zipato, once they were aware, didnt send out a push message to every app to notify there customers of this glitch. Or even an email to all their users/suppliers/integrators.

I'll be honest, I'm even having issues just opening the Zipato app at the moment. Keeps exiting out. Thank god for a manual alarm overide device I have installed, imagining having to rely on the app only......

Hello, my ticket got solved and the alarm is working fine for me as it should. also had the non visible zones issue...

I checked it and it is working well but on the screen of the zipatile it remains in disarming and it does not happen of there I have to restart it so that it returns to the normality.someone else happens this?

Working fine again this morning, both status and zones.

Zipatos support however seemed unaware that they were having server issues....but hey, internal communication is tricky business.... :)
