Rule to run at specific time

Afur shared this thanks 22 days ago

I have created a Virtual Thermostat Pro for operating my AC. Everything working fine, but I want to turn it off and on at specific time, example off 00:30 and on 06:00. But Im not able to create a rule who can do this. Manually it is a button at the Virtual Thermostat Pro for "off" and for on I can press "heating". I have created a scene who turn off the AC, and also one to turn it on and set right temp. But how to use this scenes in a rule with specific time for off and on, or it is other options? I have tested a lot of options but so far not succed

Hi Afur, give the scheduler a try.

The scheduler can not turn off the AC, only lower the temp. That means the model I have will stopp warming, but continue with an annoying sound without fan

I have the same situation with my thermostatic valves. Find your thermostat in the modules section and put it in an action block. There you can choose to set the mode to off.

Thanks. It is the rule - blocks - sensor - schedulere option? I can see now that this scheduler probaly can be used. Will try.

Blocks - sensor - schedulere was the solution, thanks. And as a new user I was not aware of that it is needed to sync at the right side below the rule creator sign. Solved!
