Simple rule doesn't work

Dániel Czigány shared this thanks 4 months ago

I created a very simple rule, every 2 minutes send a push message, with some virtual thermostat zone data. I made everything syncronized(the result was successful), restarted my zipamicro, but the rule is NOT working.

Did you used the sync button on the right side?

Uploaded as attachment my rule and the messages and timing.

When inside rule the first message is proba1 and the second is proba2, I have no push message.

When insinside the rule is proba2 is the first and proba1 is the second, I got a push message every 2 minutes with "Proba2"

I think when a virtual termostat pro value is inserted to a message, then it brakes the rule and terminate it. I think this is a bug. i use zipamicro.

I used the syncronize rules buttton. I have other rules, they working good.

1. You are logged in as this user in the mobile app?

2. Sometimes the scheduler takes until the next day to start working. Try setting the start time about 1 hour ahead of your current time, sync and wait.

If in the rule the proba2 is the first message it start immidiatly and after 2 minutes I have the Proba2 message, but the Proba1 not.

I don't know if this would be too fast for the controller to send the two messages, I will make the test with mine. Try adding a second delay between the two timers.

I made a ticket also, and it seems this is a bug:

Last comment to my ticket from zipato:

"We have implemented the exact scenario you have asked. It is true that messages are not sent when certain attribute values are added (Heating/Cooling Target and Heating/Cooling Disabled), while Mode and Preset are working. Thank you for reporting the issue and we are sorry for causing your trouble.

We are investigating and will fix the issue as soon as possible.

Kind regards!"
