Webapp is not updated

No update between webapp and Zipato box and tile.

same here. i'm trying to update some values via web url and I do not see any change in webapp

Looks like there is some problem in the event mechanism. If you look in the latest events (Webapp) you will see that there is a gap of +/- 40 minutes real time. No LIve events. However the gap is going to be smaller so zipato is aware of the problem and have solved it.

I feel my whole system is down? Basically all virtual devices are offline. Submitted a ticket and had response super fast that they are fixing a problem with the servers and it should be quick. :)

Disapointing, i have only been a user for less than a month and this is the second time this has happened.

I sincerly hope this is not normal.

Now the box is offline. Lately the outages and problems are definitely becoming more frequent.

Incredible! Zipato made an announcement about the server issue before users!

As usual, the logs are missing for the period of the outage. This is getting pretty annoying.

Lessons is learned you do make bad decision in life and my choice to pick Zipatoas Z-wave controller is one, this never-ending problem that always happen…Ijust want a hassle-free working system and Zipato is not that..moving to HomeyPro now.

Yes. For me everything was working normal again after lunch on April 17. I am only missing log files from 06:39 until 12:38 on April 17.

The official announcement mentioned above was deleted after the issue was fixed.

I submitted a ticket asking Zipato about the missing logs and it seems they are lost.

If anyone still having problems after rebooting and syncing you should submit a ticket.

Hopefully this is the end of this thread and we don't see any new similar incident soon.
