why the ftp server doesn't work ? I cannot upload my images

has anybody working ftp upload for camera pictures, or can you connect to ftp.zipato.com at least?
i cannot connect since 13.11, weeks before I was able to connect, but not upload pictures.
i have an open ticket, but no one is responding.

Do me a favor. Go into the device browser....Pick an IP camera of your choice. (not the internal camera on Zipatile)...grab the Zipato assigned Username and Password...use an FTP client and try to log into Zipato's FTP server manually and respond with the results. Mine will accept the username and get response 331 User name okay, need password for (username-here), I then enter the password, it pauses for several seconds and then I get 530 Authentication failed. Login failed.

it doesn't work. It worked meanwhile, but it stopped working 1-2 months ago again. I have an open ticket and talking with zipato guys.

These guys are really screwing up a very good project not following up and not keeping the existing solutions working. They are gaining bad reputation. I'm already moving off zipato as I see they keep not following up with developments and neither maintaining the promises.
- RFID never worked
- RFID tagls never worked
- UMTS Backup never worked
- Thermostat works so so
- Offline mode never worked
- Now the camera is not working anymore...
