no, dont hold your breather either. This is more Apples doing than Zipatos. Closed system and all the requirements they demand. You could try Homebridge but it is a arduous setup for the average DIYer.

Completely incorrect. Nearly all smart home servers now include HomeKit Support due there is no need for hardware any more since 2018 now.

See Homey, Homee ..

Seams they are not interested in. The result ist that I must throw my Zipatile away... even when I like it other ways.

All other manufacturers are selling bridges... I git home bridge working but not seamless and often loosing connection. And with Zipato insider know how it should be easy to develop such connection.

hi

It can be done through the app shortcuts and creating a virtual device and rules.

Hello, it works good with me. I can give commands with Siri. However you can not see it in the HomeKit App. Or is there another shortcut?

But only starting actions, not to get and show values.. Or I am wrong.

Look at this issue, it worked for me and it works for what I need to control.

Yes looks great but still only for commands not using and showing switches..

Don't know why other small companies eg homee or homey or event OpneHab can deal with Homekit.

It is frustrating..
