all the orders are executed from IOS and android phones also from the webapp. But when i do press the same order from zipatile it doesn't work. Is this a screen problem or a bug or a temporary problem . How to resolve this issue???the screen lokks fine and brand new. When i restart the ZT it comes back to accept oreder from the zipatile itself.

What is the orignin of this problem and how to avoid it 100% for life time

Hello,


if for some reason zipatile gets "stuck" it means thats either it is busy doing something or it got disconnected from our cloud if it's not in Cloudless mode.

A reboot usually fixes it, or makes a proper reconnect to the cloud.


Our apps usually restart themself after a crash or disconnect, so an application crash is less likely.

I tried a reboot and nothing happened!!! But the orders still executed from IOS and ANdroid phones. Why not from ZT screen. If it's disconnected from the Cloud it must not accept orders from Phones(IOS or android)!!

Can you explain me what do you mean in cloudles mode?? and how to fix that on the screen
