Expanding Alexa sinergies

What if we had the chance to send voice messages to our Alexa devices as a new action block? This could be really great, technology is out there to be used but unfortunately, Zipato is fully concentrated to complete the endless V3, not new visible features for years.
In the meantime, any of you know the way to send messages via external API ? is this possible?
