Alexa integration
Hello Dear Zipato team,
We hope everything is going well with your side.
We were wondering about an issue. We have set up new Amazon Echo Dot device for our showroom and Alexa has discovered some of smart home devices - only Somfy RTS curtains in our showroom. It is possible to control them with different voice commands. But This Echo Dot has only discovered curtains from our devices.
On the other hand, we have installed other Amazon Echo Dot devices in our customer's house and here, it is only discovered smart lights - Lumi switches and MicroModule Double Switches. I would like to also mention that, there 2 different Somfy RTS motor in our customer's house, but Alexa could not discover those devices.
We were wondering, what can be the cause of that situation, and is there any way or solution we can manage that problem?
