Good evening everyone.
For some time now we have been talking about the new Zipatile 2 and Zipabox 2 that are your controllers and the V3 platform that supports them.
But I would like to know how I should do it as a reseller of turnkey home automation systems, with a fleet of Zipamicro-zipatile-zipabox installed in dozens and dozens of private apartments. All the first generation controllers are magically dying all together. Losing programming and functionality.
Is it ever possible that we have to replace all controllers? Will the V2 platform remain active or will it be decommissioned?
Please let me know because we are going further and further into the abyss with the problems caused by zipato controllers.
