Devices offline/battery low alerts?

Hi zipato team

i wan to ask what is the real solution now for offline/battery alerts.??

your customers by your gateway for good mony and this is very importemt thing!!!

if i expect alerts from flod sensore or smok detector and the device is offline all this system not worth a penny.

this could be life or death situation in same situations

this is not fair for your customers - please note if you are goint to stop the activity of your company- i wiil find like meny others alternative gatway - but if you are activate please fix this allready
