problem after migration to v3

Help me please!
After the migration from version 2 to version 3 I cannot use my Rule creator pro blocks etc.
I get a message that I have to buy the package while I did that 2 years ago.
When I submit the license keys into Redeem coupon, I get the message Failed to redeem coupon. What am I doing wrong.
I use the Zipabox2
