Error starting Zipato Zipatile controller

For three days, the "Android system recovery" screen appeared automatically on the Zipato Zipatile controller, as in the attached photo. Turning the controller back on or selecting option #1 from "Android system recovery" does not boot the Zipato Zipatile controller. The screen shown above appears each time. The serial number of my Zipato Zipatile controller is: ZT9DA0D5B57761009B. Please help me quickly in this matter.
