Virtual weather does not sync

Dear All,
For some reason my weather station stopped to sync on 3rd of January without any reason (that I know). I did not change API key or upgrade to a new firmware version, so I have no clue what could generate the issue.
After more than a month, official support could advice me to upgrade to the official firmware version. (Thank you, the system was upgraded and is on the officel firmware version.) Since then I have tried to add new locations, generate new APIs, delete and add again the main location, but nothing helped.
Anybody had similar experience? Do you have any idea how could it be solved?
