Energy consuption pro help

I buy the energy pro today, but i cant undestand how put the tarif, on the energy consuption on system.

I think it was only put the datas and the tarif per kwh...i have my kwh tarif...but fail.

I need help to configure, i have a zipato energy metter, is working well.

I need to meter all the year 2 on 2 months.
