Server Firmgrade does not work

My Zipatile 2 has the firmware 2.0.4 and I am trying to update. I tried to do it via the mobile app and also over Zipato V3 plattform. The window "Firmware upgrade started" appears but nothing happens.
I also tried to reboot my server using the mobile app, but it also does not work. Everything else works fine.
How can I update my Zipatile2?
