mesh in zwave
Under Consideration
Good morning
Is it possible to see the mesh made by the modules and repeaters in zwave
for example with a map or in table form
thank you in advance
Best regards
Jean Michel

yes drift boss, in many Z-Wave systems it is possible to view the mesh topology (i.e. how modules, repeaters, and nodes connect) in map or table form — but whether you can do so depends on your controller/management software (and how much diagnostic capability it exposes).

Hi Jean-Michel,
That’s a great suggestion magictv. A visual representation of the Z-Wave mesh—either as a map or even a simple table view—would definitely help users understand how modules and repeaters are interacting. It could make troubleshooting and optimizing device placement much easier.
Right now, most controllers don’t expose the mesh view directly in the UI, though some advanced tools and third-party software can display routing tables. Having this natively supported would be a valuable improvement, so I agree it’s worth considering.
Thanks for sharing the idea!
