Trouble with Zipato Rule Creator Delayed Actions Not Working Properly

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with the Rule Creator level devil on my Zipato system. I’ve set up a rule that triggers a light to turn on immediately and then turn off after a 10-minute delay, but for some reason, the delayed action isn’t executing. The light turns on as expected, but it never switches off.
I’ve tried adjusting the delay time and even recreating the rule from scratch, but I’m still running into the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have suggestions on what might be causing the delay function to fail?
