How to Optimize Zipato Rule Creator for Delayed Actions?

Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble with delayed actions in the Zipato Rule Creator. Despite setting up the rules correctly, MyiTero the delayed actions don't seem to work as expected. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, what solutions or workarounds have you found to optimize the Rule Creator for delayed actions?
