I had purchased four zipatile devices in 2017 from a company in Iran. Unfortunately, after unboxing them now, I realized they are no longer usable because the firmware is outdated and they cannot be registered with an Iranian number.
Please kindly introduce someone from Zipato who can help me revive and use these four zipatile devices again. If you could follow up on this issue, you would be doing me a great favor.
