Absolute shambles. Downtime, lack of communication.
So, for the second evening in a row I cannot control my lights.
I have no idea why, no status page to let me know if there are problems and when to expect resolution.
I was asked to downgrade my firmware Yesterday, which I did, now the box is telling me it's out of date, and I should update to a newer firmware. No release notes. No clue as to whether any of the issues are solved. No communication from Zipato. A forum full of spam. Simple, straightforward requests for information going ignored for months.
Apparently something might be changing with the licenses for cluster, or might not.
That's on top of simple things like having "Philips Hue" plastered across the website, but if you dig into it, it may or may not work.
Absolutely unacceptable for such an important part of our lives nowadays. I am a seriously unhappy customer who won't be upgrading to a zipabox2.
