Adding Zipato Multisensor Trio to Razberry Z-Wave on Raspberry Pi

Hi,

I recently bought a Zipato Multisensor Trio, it looks great and seems very well made.

However I am struggling to add it to my Razberry (http://razberry.z-wave.me/)

In the console I'm being told that the sensor is asleep. It wakes up when I do a reset, but never stays awake long enough to complete the interview.

How do I force the sensor to Wakeup or stay awake whilst I Interview it?
