Aeon Micro Switch G2 v2 not reporting state change using wallswitch

HI!
I have an Aeon Micro Switch G2 v2 installed.
Worked so far, but it does not report the state change to the controller when i use the wallswitch .
I found out, that this could be configured.
I tried to set the "send state change notification" to "hail".The frontend resonsed that it was sent, but when i retrieve the value it always says that the notification is set to "off".
Zipato-Support said, that i have to wake up the device.
In the manual i did not found how to wake it up.
Has anyone an idea or the same problem?
