Aeon MultiSensor 6 - Problem with rules

Today I got an Aeon MultiSensor 6 and included it in my home Z-Wave network. The 4 multilevel sensors show up nicely between with the devices and the motion detection triggers my newly created rules.
But, I am not able to create rules based on the 4 multilevel sensor readings. The device is listed as Meter under the Rule Creator (see snapshot), but when I try to use it, it claims there are only ON OFF (binary) attributes (see snapshot). The latter is not correct, as the 4 multilevel attributes can be selected in the charts (see snapshot).
Am I configuring something incorrectly, or is there something wrong 'under the hood'..?
