Arming alarm and Bypass modules programatically

Hi everybody.
It would be really nice to be able to automatically bypass "Not ready" modules when arming an alarm programatically. For example when with a presence checking rule you arm the alarm after 2 hours of no detected moves, the arming failes because of a non ready module...
In the same way, when you arm using a keypad again if their is some non reday modules, the arming fails, and you're stuck if you haven't your smartphone, or internet, available.
So we should have a workaround at our disposal to automatically bypass the modules and to be able to send an email and/or a notification with the name of the involved modules.
