buying credits

hello. i try to buy credits … the buying site doesnt come.
in the next i have credits on my account and i also cant buy something. it apears the message if i am sure that i want to buy. i press ok and Nothing happens.
i tried Microsoft Edge, the old internex Explorer, Google crome and Firefox.
the backup also doesnt go :-(
