Controller as a device

Should be good to have the controller as a device. Then we could create rules that run when the controller is offline, or when it is online again.
If the controller is offline, a ligth could be on, or siren could play a sound to inform us.
When the controller is offline (too often), we cann't manage it with the App, but we could but we can manage it directly with the local devices.
I like this idea
