Creating a rule with the sunrise, movement, a dimmer and passby switch

Goodafternoon, can anyone help me on this topic?
I want to create a scene, which should run when the sun has gone down, there's movement in the room, the sunlight has reached acertain lower value. This scene has to stop working at 00:30 and must be possible to be overruled by one of the buttons on a zipatile.
