Cycle throu colors of Hue or RGBW bulb with use of wall switch

Hi!
I have a Philips Hue bulb (or any other RGBW bulb/light strip) that I want to start cycle throu the colors when I push one of my paddles on my Z-Wave.me Wall-C switch.
Any tips how to create that rule/scene?
The easier, the better.
It would also be nice if the light slowly dimmed up and down.
My solution now is to use a Philips Hue tap button and a rule i Hue labs, but I want to use my Wall-C controller for this.
I guess this have been asnked before and I've searched the forum but I can't find anything.
