Devolo Radiator Thermostat Malfunction

I have a Devolo Radiator Thermostat running fine for more than one year. From one day to the other it did not open the valve anymore although the pin of the valve works fine.
The thermostat was replaced by a new one. Right the same behavour.
I could locate the source of the problem: it was obviously a remote controlled wheather station from TechnoLine (type WD-4008) transmitting on 868 Mhz. After changing the batteries in the outside temperature transmitter the malfunction started. After removing the batteries the thermostat works fine again.
I would like to share this experience just in case someone else has similar problems.
