Eminent EM6570 Door Sensor

Hello,
I've added an Eminent EM6570 door sensor, and I'm trying to configure this in a virtual alarm.
The problem I have is that when the door is open or closed, the sensor state is always the same: "Sensor Off". I've tried removing and adding the door sensor again, problem is still the same, state is always "Sensor Off".
Can someone help me out, what can I do to get this door sensor working please?
