Everspring modules Offline

Hi,

2 weeks ago, I had 2 devices SM103 still Offline after battery replacement.

So far when I changed battery for those 2 devices every 2 months, they turned back from offline to online.

But then I changed my battery 2 times for each in case of faulty battery > same problem !!

Last week, ALL my Everspring modules went Offline on the same day !!

Strange because all the other electrical plug modules are just fine.

I opened a Zipato Case last friday but no news so far.

If I have to fully reset/wipe out my box, I gonna have 35 modules to

include again :(( A pain for those in the walls !!! Plus the rules

and scenes to re-create.

Any Advice ?
