EZMotion 3in1 - Collecting User list to be fully support

Dear all,
I was asked to collect a user list to ask Zipato to fully Support the EZMotion 3in1. Currently I can add it, but see only Motion sensor, no temperature or light.
Asking Support I got the answer to collect users.
