Fibaro FGSD-002 firmware 3.1, alerte doesn't work

Hi everybody, i have this détector, i create a rule who alert me by sms and mail when smoke is détected, but my zipabox never alert me.
I have do a reset, excluded, included the fibaro but it never work.
Somebody already had this problem ?
