Get tripped alarm message even alarm is disarmed

Need Answer

I added a new alarm partition. Idea was to have secured just a special part of my home. Added two zones. One motion sensor and a door sensor. If I arm this partition it works like it should and I get tripped messages. But even when I disarm the partition, the motion sensor still trippes the partition and I get messages. Only after reboot the disarm works, so I get no new messages.
