HEATING TEMPERATURE NOT CHANGE BY VIRTUAL THERMOSTAT

I have installed the IR extender to control Air condition. Cooling and other functions work perfect, except Heating Temperature not change. The IR Extender not responding when change it temperature on the Virtual thermostat for Heating .( Led not responding )
The same problem 
No connection
