Help ! - My zipato box doesn't command anymore my Zipato modules

Hi,
I didn't have any issues since 2 years with my zipato box, that I use to command my hot water tanks. Since 2 days, it doesn't work anymore, it doesn't command anymore the electric contactors that command the hot water (normally there is a sound when it turns on, this isn't the case anymore.
However :
- The zipato box appears online
- On the web interface of zipato, I don't see any indication or alarm saying the communication with zipato modules is off
- The zipato modules appear as "online"
Can someone help me ?
