HTTP Virtual meter doesn't work anymore in rule

Hi everyone,

Since for more 1 year, I've used virtual http meter in my rule, work fine. But for unknown reason it doesn't work since 2 days.

I try to make a new http virtual meter it's the same. The value of the http virtual meter is changed but the rule doesn't work.
