Internet connection problem
Need Answer
When an internet cut this product on my box, the Zipabox, no longer works at all, I can not handle anything, and so my programmed rules also stop, is this normal or do I need to set something Or open a ticket ??? thank you in advance

Quand une coupure internet ce produit sur ma box, la Zipabox, ne fonctionne plus du tout, je ne peux gérer quoi que ce soit, et du coup mes regles programmé s'arrete aussi , est-ce normal ou dois-je paramettre quelque chose ou ouvrir un ticket??? merci d'avance
